Autosave to Be Disabled for All Users and Turned Off By Default

Due to recent reports we have been receiving from users, we have disabled the new autosave feature for all users. At 11:00 AM EST on July 10th, it will be turned off by default and will be opt-in for all Coinigy users.

With this, we hope to fix some of the issues that have sprung up as a result of the feature, including lagging charts, general slow site speed, and other similar problems.

If you haven’t had any issues with it and would like autosave enabled again, you can do so by visiting your preferences page and finding ‘Autosave Charts & Drawings’ in the ‘Platform Preferences’ box. With this drop-down menu, you have the option of it being disabled, enabled for where it restores on page load, or enabled for where it restores on symbol change.
