- Fixed visual spacing of New Market in-app notifications
- Fixed array of bugs related to making the Market Header / Market History tabs responsive. This should now respond better to window resizing without breaking.
- Changed the design of visual account staleness indication on BalanceSwitcher. Now, instead of question marks and X's, the refresh button is simply colored. Green means it's been updated in the past 12 hours, Yellow means it's been updated in the past 3 days, and Red means it's older than 3 days.
