Poloniex API Balances Update

We’ve deployed an update to our Poloniex Balance API logic that will now properly track alternative basepairs such as USDT, XMR, and ETH (in addition to BTC). Any open orders on the aforementioned quote currencies will now reflect as part of your “Held” balance and contribute to a properly tracked total.
