Update: Changes to WebSocket and V2 API Access and Use

Following our previous blog post about changes to the Coinigy API, we have more information to share with users about API access changes. Beginning next Friday, 6/15, use of our WebSocket and V2 APIs will no longer be available to regular accounts. Users who want to utilize this functionality will need to upgrade to the API Developer Pro subscription plan, which includes CryptoFeed and enterprise API access.

To clarify, Pro Trader subscription holders will still have full functionality of the web and mobile platforms, they will just no longer be able to access the WS or V2 API. For full information about feature changes, please visit our pricing page. While the new API pricing plan is not strictly enforced just yet, it will be as of June 15th. Users will need to upgrade any existing subscription plans here before then to avoid interruption of your API service. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our team.
