We received the following email from Zendesk stating that they were subject to a successful SMS phishing campaign targeting Zendesk employees and we felt the need to disclose it to our customers:
It appears that this breach led to a couple of employees' account credentials being compromised. As a result, it is possible that our 3rd party support website was possibly in the unstructured logging platform data. However, they mention that there is no evidence suggesting that they accessed coinigy.zendesk.com at any time. We will keep users updated should more information come at a later date.
