In migrating chart images to a cloud server, it became apparent to our team that a large batch of users’ saved charts had gone missing. Essentially, during the migration, files were synced with empty files and some saved charts were deleted. As it stands, we’ve recovered a decent number of said charts images, but snapshots saved between July 18 – July 27th are still up in the air; rest assured we are trying our best to recover this 8-day batch. Now that our system for these images is cloud-based, users can be rest assured that no additional migration needs to take place along with their saved charts being protected from individual server failure.
