Update: View Credit Card Invoices in Account
Coinigy users that pay for their subscription using a credit card can now view and download invoices for payments within their account. To do so, you will want to:
- From within your Coinigy account, find your way to the ‘Subscription & Billing’ tab of your preferences page. This can be found in the ‘Settings’ drop-down menu in the top right-hand side of the site.
- Underneath your billing information including your name and address fields, you will find a list of past invoices for any credit card charges for subscription purchases.
This field will only show up if you have at least 1 paid invoice. Further, while this is currently only supported for credit card payments, we plan on supporting Bitcoin (BTC) payments as well in the future.
